U.S. Marine Corps Bronze Medal Set For Release Tomorrow From U.S. Mint

The United States will release their LAST product for 2023 with the U.S. Marine Corps Bronze Medal. The bronze medal version of the Armed Forces Silver Medal will be available tomorrow at 12pm EST.

Struck at Philadelphia, the U.S. Marine Corps medal will feature three Marines with M4 rifles on the obverse as they move ashore just after landing. One of the Marines lies hidden in the grass in the foreground of the design, giving cover to the other two above to crest the hill. A United States warship is seen in the distance. In addition, inscriptions featured are “U.S. MARINE CORPS” and “EVERY MARINE A RIFLEMAN.”

The reverse features the Marine Corps Eagle, Globe, and Anchor emblem encircled by a rope border. “HONOR,” “COURAGE,” and “COMMITMENT” are seen inscribed representing its core values while the motto “SEMPER FIDELIS,” (“Always Faithful”), is inscribed along the bottom edge.

Featured in a matte finish, the bronze medal will retail for $20.00 and does not have a mintage, product, or household order limit.
