The 1999 Proof Set contains 9 coins: a Lincoln cent, Jefferson nickel, Roosevelt dime and Kennedy half dollar; along the first five designs in the State Quarter program (Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia, and Connecticut). Coins will arrive in the original Government packaging.
